Something I keep meaning to mention is that the Asters are in bloom around the farm. I haven't been able to identify the exact variety, but it looks an awful lot like the New York Aster. Anyway, they are happy flowers that signal the arrival of autumn. That's all I have to say about that. I'm really going to bed now.

I wondered what these were--we've got em coming up all sorts of crazy here in brooklyn. I thought they were the flower of weeds but now I have what turns out to be a very apt name for them. Thanks!
Also, I just caught up on all yer blogs. I'll be reading them more regularly if I can write my own on a more routine basis (which I'm hoping to do). There was one addressed to your dad that has since disappeared. Care to share?
